Shipping & returns
If the received item does not meet your expectations, you have the option to return the item to us within 14 days of receipt.

We will reimburse you for the purchase and shipping costs. To save the costs for return, you can always bring the e-scooter or parts to our physical stores in Antwerp or Leuven.
When can you NOT return the item:
- If the reflection period of 14 days after receipt has expired;
- If the article is not complete;
- If the item is damaged;
- If the item is used, assembled, dirty;
- If the article is not provided with original packaging;
- If the item was custom made or assembled especially for you.
